Deep well pump is a kind of pump that pumps and transports water into underground water wells. The deep well pump unit is composed of four parts: water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipe and control switch. Among them, submersible pumps are single suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pumps: submersible motors are closed water-filled wet and vertical three-phase cage asynchronous motors, motors and pumps are directly through claw or single-cylinder couplings; equipped with three-core cables of different specifications; starting equipment is made of air switches of different capacity levels, self-coupling decompression starters and steel pipes with different diameters, and flanged connection is used. Then, the high-lift pump is controlled by gate valve. There is a rubber bearing in the guide case of each stage of deep well pump; the impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a tapered sleeve; the guide case is connected by threads or bolts. Check valves are installed on the upper part of deep well pumps to avoid unit damage caused by downtime droop. The motor shaft of deep well pump is equipped with labyrinth sand control device and two reverse-assembled skeleton oil seals to prevent quicksand from entering. The motor of deep well pump adopts water-lubricated bearing, with rubber pressure regulating film and pressure regulating spring at the lower part to form a pressure regulating chamber to adjust the pressure change caused by temperature; the motor winding adopts polyethylene insulation, nylon sheath durable consumer water and electromagnetic wire, and the cable connection method adopts cable joint technology, removes the paint layer from the joint insulation, connects separately, solders firmly, and coils with raw rubber. One floor. Then wrap 2-3 layers with waterproof adhesive tape, wrap 2-3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape on the outside or wrap a layer of rubber tape (inner belt of bicycle) with water adhesive to prevent water seepage. The motor of deep well pump is sealed with precision stop bolt and rubber pad at cable outlet. There is a water injection hole at the upper end of the motor of the deep well pump, a vent hole at the lower part and a vent hole at the lower part.




How to know the conditions and characteristics of use?

The first feature of deep well pump products is the integration of motor and water pump, which can operate safely and reliably under water. The second point is that deep well pumps have no special requirements for well pipes and lifting pipes. Steel pipe wells, ash pipe wells and earth wells can be used. Under pressure permission, steel pipes, rubber pipes and plastic pipes can be used as lifting pipes. The third point is that deep well pumps are easy to install, use and maintain, and occupy a small area, and do not need to build pumping houses. The fourth point is that deep well pump has simple structure and saves raw materials. Whether the conditions for the use of submersible pumps are suitable or not is directly related to the proper management and service life of submersible pumps.
