Application requirements of deep well pump (vertical turbine pump)

Deep well pump is now used in farmland irrigation and drainage, industrial and mining enterprises, urban water supply and sewerage and sewage treatment. As the motor at the same time diving into the water, so for the use of deep well pump environment has certain requirements.

First of all, the selection of deep well pump should be based on the construction site characteristics of the correct choice, deep-well pump water in the amount of sand required strict, limited to 3%, the amount of sand, easy to damage the seal, the motor once the water, bearing, winding insulation damage, resulting in motor burnout, only the head of the selected deep well and the actual Pump can be stable operation, otherwise it will have a great impact on the pump operation, the main consideration in the selection of flow, head, supporting power, rated current, pipe diameter and so on. 

The use of deep-well pump environment should meet the following requirements: (1) when the depth of 240-350 meters, the aperture 660 mm, the size of the filter material 2-5 mm, 90 cubic power supply frequency of 50Hz, the rated voltage is ±5% three-phase AC power supply.

(2) water thickness of 86 meters, solids content (by quality meter) is not greater than 0.01%.

(3) The static water level of 30 meters, the dynamic water level of 50 meters. Big well pump inlet must be below the water level LM below, but the diving depth does not exceed the static water level below 70m, the pump bottom is at least 2m from the bottom hole depth; the well temperature 20 ℃ water is neutral (ph value is 6.5-8.5).
