QJB Submersible Reflux Pump

Application 

The QJB series submersible reflux pump is developed based on the production technology of submersible agitators. It is a special equipment for the reflux of secondary mixed liquor in sewage treatment plants, denitrification, dephosphorization and nitrogen removal. It can also be used in ground water supply and drainage projects that require low lift and large flow.

• During continuous operation of the submersible reflux pump, the temperature of the medium shall not be higher than 40℃. 

• The pH value of the medium shall be 5 - 9. 

• The maximum depth of submersion shall be 20m.

Special reminder to users: 

Correct installation and use are the basic guarantee for the long-term and normal operation of the submersible reflux pump. The submersible reflux pump adopts an automatic coupling installation system. Without the need for drainage, it can be quickly lifted without any mechanical disassembly, and the installation is convenient and fast. Except for the wall-penetrating pipe which needs to be pre-embedded, the guide rod and lifting rod of this equipment are all connected to the pool body with expansion bolts, and no pre-embedded parts are required. Users shall purchase and install pre-embedded parts and flap valves by themselves. The reflux pump has two installation methods, horizontal installation and vertical installation, for users to choose from.
