3. Guided Resolution:

· Disassemble the pump’s suction strainer.

· Clear debris from the impeller vanes.

· Reset the motor thermal overload switch.


4. Verification: 

Post-repair, the pump’s performance was remotely validated, confirming normal flow and pressure.

Outcome: The pump resumed operation within 2 hours, avoiding a costly shutdown. Wangyang later provided a free debris filtration upgrade to prevent recurrence .
